The Finca Binifarda has an enviable rural location, situated on the hillside of the ruined castle of Santueri, a few minutes walk from the centre of the residential town of Felanitx.
The finca consists of two buildings. The main house has one double and one single bedroom, one living room with open fireplace, dining room and kitchen. The Finca Es Passarell is a former 19th Century traditional Mallorcan farmhouse, which in 1997 was carefully renovated and converted into an 6 bedroom country hotel.
The finca is approximately 40km east of the capital Palma, and a short 15 minute drive from many of the popular east coast resorts of Mallorca. The 4 star Hotel Rural Sa Posada d`Aumallia has an enviable rural location, situated around 5km from the centre of the residential town of Felanitx.
In 1991, the Hotel Rural Sa Posada d`Aumallia was carefully renovated and converted into an 14 bedroom country hotel. This attractive, stone built villa is situated in an elevated position, just below the San Salvador monastry, providing magnificent views of the countryside. The town of Felanitx can be reached within a few minutes' drive, while the popular resort of Cala d'or can be reached by car within fifteen minutes. Occupying a secluded and peaceful location surrounded by wonderful countryside, this beautiful farmhouse has been tastefully renovated and comes highly recommended. The roman style pool is set amongst a spacious sun terrace, which is surrounded by attractive gardens featuring fruit trees.
